Keeping up...
Well I suppose it would be hard to "Keep up with the dietitian" if I don't keep up with my log, right? Sorry folks! A lot has happened in the past several months though. First of all I must say, as soon as I signed. Up for the full Marine Corp Marathon I found out my husband and I were expecting our first bundle of joy so natually I did NOT run that race. Maybe one day I'll cross that "to do" off of my bucket list.
As far as our little bundle of joy goes, well... She is perfect, sweet, kind, smart, fun, healthy and everything a mother could ever pray for. She really is the light of my life and I'm sure as you keep up with me and my blog you'll hear all kinds of babble about Miss Avalyn. She is now 4 1/2 months old and starting to turn over, babble (like her momma), giggle and laugh all the time, entertain herself with her toys (pheww, thank goodness) and we have even started to introduce some baby foods. I'm thinking some teething might be in our near future though seeing how everything is going into her mouth and she seems to enjoy the chomping and drooling like it's some sort of relief for her. I hear that stage is a load of fun! :)
If you're a parent you know how busy that first couple of months of parenthood can be. It's more of a transition business and getting routine and life adjusted to your new life of which is totally selfless now. Well that's what this momma has been up to but I am excepted to be getting back to my blog and posting more helpful, healthy and fun health tips and recipes.
For now, thanks for keeping up with me and following... Share my page to help your friends Keep Up with the Dietitian as well!

Its good to be back on the track ! my son also is a 4 1/2 months old ! but don't you think its early for introducing baby food?
